“Even though the item I ordered arrived damaged, I know it was not your fault as it shipped direct from Four Hands. The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the attention and service I received before I ordered (Marisol replied to a few questions I had at lightning speed) and after I received the damaged item (Marisol was so gracious and accountable, and immediately arranged for a refund/return). She is a spectacular asset to your company! I’d recommend Khazana based solely on my customer service interactions with her.”

“I would rate the total experience as excellent! We ordered a TV credenza and all aspects of the ordering experience including delivery dates and time windows were met. The product was received in excellent condition, it was unpacked on site and placed in position as requested, and the packing materials were removed. It has been used without incident over the past few months and has fully met our expectations!”

“I purchased a clear rocking chair for my nursery back in June 2018. I was due in Nov. They claim there was some missing hardware which caused me not to receive my chair until September. Still in time for baby, but way too long from the date of purchase.”
