“I was a little nervous to place a relatively large order from this shop (dining chairs), but they had the best price and by far the best shipping deal. So glad I went for it! Shipping was prompt with tracking info included. Everything was nicely packaged and the chairs look just as I expected. Thanks!!”

“Couch was absolutely BEAUTIFUL It was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately the two chairs I ordered came damaged in shipment. They were beautiful as well though. Khazana's customer service was fantastic. A refund for the chairs was credited to my account immediately.”

“One of the best customer services experiences I have had! You call the store, speak to an actual person, who can help take your order, guide your order, and let you know on shipping. We were coming from out of town to pick up the furniture which we wanted very quickly for a party we were hosting. It was ensured the order was ready for pick up that evening, despite delays with the shipping side. We will defn be back.”

“BEWARE OF KHAZANA!!! They did not stand behind their product. Right after I received my 5 barstools, one had a nail sticking out in the seat cushion which punctured my daughter’s hand and they would not send me a new barstool! These barstools were $500 each. I will never do business with them again!”

“Customer service is good but I don't recommend buying anything from Khazana. We paid over $2k for a small sofa and it was the worst purchase. The first sofa was defective, it was replaced but so uncomfortable, our designer friend recommend we take it to a furniture store to replace the feather seat + cushion with quality foam. This costed another $750. The fabric now is not holding up to wear just after 6 months. I think Ikea has better product. Thanks.”

“Great experience with The Khazana store near Oak Hill on the west side of Austin. We found an office desk online (different store) that we thought we might like, but couldn't determine the quality and true color from the online pics. Our Khazana store had one...huge help seeing it in-person! We liked it, they matched the online price, and added free shipping and in-home setup. Just couldn't ask for anything more.”

“Amazing prices, awesome customer service. I’m a believer in you get what you pay for. Love my Irondale Oxford Coffee Table! I get compliments on it every time a guest comes over. Product came packaged very well protected. Highly recommend working with them. Cheers!”
