“the communication about my order was great. I was surprised when I started the scan that it said it was done before I really started but the goggles fit good, so I guess it worked. Based on the info to start I expected it would be a little more involved - so perhaps a little more explanation would be helpful.”

“These goggles are amazing. So very comfortable without being tight and the visibility is excellent. No fogging or leaking. Can't imagine how you could improve. Plus the price is very reasonable”

“You have met my every need as a customer. My first purchase was easy, the scan process simple, the order arrived swiftly, and I could swim without fogging or leaks for more than 2000 m the first time I used the product. After about 3 months, I had an issue with the pair fogging during use, and customer service was immediately responsive with suggestions to fix the goggles and, ultimately 3 months later, fully replacing the item. I am so impressed by the company and the product. You clearly stand behind the product and sympathize with the real people use it over time in demanding situations. I tell everyone I know and many strangers at the pool how great these goggles are.”

“I ordered 2 different styles of goggles on 2 orders. I thought the scan of my face on the first order would be used on my second order. After not getting the second order I went back in and scanned my face again. Then I got order 2. Could you make it clear that every time you order you have to scan face again?”

“make the text in the app bigger for those of us who need glasses to read! Send me a survey after I actually get to go swimming (it is winter here). So when summer came and I used them I had some trouble with them. I didn't get around to contacting them until after the warranty period so I expected to pay for the revised pair. Much to my surprise they sent the replacement free! From the dry fit I am reasonably sure these will fix my issues when I get back in the pool this summer. I'll probably have to get a tinted pair for daytime.”

“I'm really pleased with the product. They were produced quickly. The current situation meant it was about 2 month wait for postage. They have certainly received some interest from the other swimmers I train with.”
