“The look and the "Anti fog" is working very good. Also the case of the googles is having smart features and is always looking good at the pool. The Service and how the Team cares about your fit is amazing. I was in a daily exchange until all fit was perfect. I have to say, the service of the Team is outstanding.”

“I’ve been a regular customer of TheMagic5 goggles for several years now, after they were first recommended to me by a current Olympic swimmer. As someone who used to swim professionally and still swims daily, I can say that these goggles are truly a breakthrough — the concept and technology behind them are exceptional. However, there are two areas that need improvement. First, customer service and logistics: orders to the UK often take a long time to arrive, and shipments sometimes feel quite random. It would be great if TheMagic5 could better streamline their delivery process for the UK market. Second, despite following the face scan process carefully each time, the goggles still don’t fit perfectly out of the box for me. The nose bridge (or nozzle connector) always ends up being the wrong size, so I have to manually replace it with a smaller one — a process that’s a bit tricky and can even risk damaging the goggles. All that said, I still think TheMagic5 is a great company with a fantastic product. Once they refine the fitting consistency and customer experience, they’ll be unbeatable in their category.”

“My first pair of goggles frankly didn't work for me. Magic5 were brilliant about finding out what the problem was, making a new pair, and sending over within the week. These ones are brilliant! An amazing service, i feel well cared for, and am very happy. Thank you :)”

“The lenses are very clear and transparent. I also like the box they come in which keeps them protected. Lastly, comfort wise they are great on the eyes. The strap could be improved.”

“Antes decir que solo las he utizado un par de veces. 1. Encajan perfectamente consiguiento que no entre nada de agua a las gafas. 2. Con dos usos unicamente, no se empañan; habra que ver que ocurre con mas usos. 3. La goma que ajustan las gafas a la cabeza, me parece pobre y poco elastica. Yo la he cambiado por una de otras gafas Zoggs que si tienen buena sensacion de ajuste. Quizas me equivoque pero es mi impresion. 4. El tener varios ajustes de nariz para separar las gafas, es un buen detalle. Yo mismo he cambiado a uno un poco mas ancho, que creo que se adapta mejor a mi cara.”

“My first goggles were leaking, but after contacting support and providing some additional photos, I received a second pair very quickly. It still took me a couple of weeks to find the good position of the goggles. While during the first trainings, the goggles were leaking until after several adjustments of position, I had the first openwater swimming event with them today, and they had the perfect fit from the beginning. The absence of pain/pressure, the very big field of vision and the fact that they don't fog up at all make these goggles my absolute favorite. Support was very friendly, reactive and helpful.”
