The original nose piece did not fit at all and I swapped to a smaller nose piece which helped a bit. Goggles begin to leak after about 10minutes and become painful. Been waiting over a week for feedback regarding a replacement with a few follow ups and no reply.

had difficulties in receiving the googles as an existing customer. Your customer support (2nd level) fixed the problem asap. Shout out to her!

First let me say I was happy with how fast I received my goggles. Website said would take much longer than it did. Great job. Unfortunately, the goggles leak no matter how I adjust them and hurt my eyes. On Friday morning, the 6th, I put in a "help" request AND sent an email to customer service. I have received no indication that my requests for assistance had even been received. Other email type customer services usually send you an email confirming receipt of your inquiry. Today is Monday, nothing...tried calling the customer service number which is only available from 1-5 p.m., est. Got voicemail saying to leave a message. Did so. Would like to hear from someone at the company regarding my issue. I don't think it unreasonable to at least receive some confirmation that my issue would at least be looked at sometime in the near future . :(

have to wear them just as tight as other goggles to keep the water out and that makes them painful My old speedo goggles are more comfortable because they fit around my eye socket while yours fit inside it.

My pink goggles seem to fog up alot. I was under the impression that would not happen so that's a disappointment
