“My goggles do not fit. To keep them on my face I had to have the strap extremely tight which was very painful. I would like a refund. Aside from the fact that these were recommended by a friend Magic goggles seem like a gimmic.”

“My recommendation stay far away and save your money - Nose piece broke during my 1st swim - Unresponsive support - Leak in the left eye and not helping correct in any way”

“All they do is leak. They didn’t fit at all. The return policy is horrible because it provides you almost no time to really try them out. So I couldn’t ultimately return them, complete waste of money. I will not be referring these to anyone I know or coach.”

“They didn't fit. Tried them on 3 separate occasions. Was so looking forward to them, but couldn't make them work despite following all the instructions. I requested return instructions and a refund, got offered another pair, I declined and again requested return instructions and a refund. Long silence. 6 weeks or so. Finally I asked my credit card company for a credit, then got reams of paperwork from Magic5, via the CC company, attesting to why I couldn't get a credit. I AGAIN requested a refund, and was told I couldn't get one because I had requested a refund, only to be told I couldn't get one because I'd requested a credit. It's been over 2 months. Totally disgusted with the customer service. God help you if they don't fit as promised.”

“It was impersonal having to email and not have someone return a phone call. The scan is high tech and the product comes with nose extenders. The marketing team makes it seem like a customized product when it’s not.”

“I tried my new Magic5 goggles this afternoon. I’m really disappointed…they leaked before I’d completed a single 25m length and I had water in both eyes. I had followed all instructions that were included in the box. I adjusted the strap a little, but to no avail. I was in the water for 45 minutes trying everything, but personally they simply do not stay watertight. I had high hopes for these ones as I like to do 45 minutes solid swimming without the need for stopping and emptying the goggles. I have contacted Magic5 accordingly in the hope that they will be able to correct this issue or provide a refund.”
