“I honestly think I was probably the worst customer TheMagic5 has ever had. 😅 It seemed like no matter what we tried, we just couldn't get the right fit. Part of the problem was on my end. I wasn't always sure how to identify or explain the issues I was having, so my feedback wasn't as clear as it could have been. That made troubleshooting harder, and things kind of snowballed from there. We went through multiple pairs, and by the fifth one, it had reached the point where the representative told me they didn't think they would be able to make a pair that fit me. When the new Vector goggles were released, I decided to give them another shot and completed a brand-new face scan. The first Vector pair still wasn't right, and the replacement wasn't either. That's when the representative mentioned again that they didn't think they could make a pair for me after so many attempts. It turned out there was a simple issue: my replacements had accidentally been made using my old face scan instead of the new one. Once they used the correct scan, everything finally came together after months of trying! The fit is now excellent. I only have a tiny bit of leakage underneath my eyes, but tightening the strap just a little more completely solves it. Even with that adjustment, they're still far more comfortable than any other swim goggles I've ever worn. I just want to say thank you to everyone at TheMagic5. I'm sorry for all the headaches I probably caused, but I truly appreciate the incredible patience, effort, and customer service your team showed throughout the entire process. Many companies would have given up long before this, but you kept working with me until we got it right. For that level of service, you deserve 10 stars—but since I can only give 5, you'll have to settle for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Rock on! I hope to keep using TheMagic5 throughout my training and competitions for many years to come.”

“Ich hatte schon einige Schwimmbrillen von namhaften Herstellern aber diese sind echt genial. Vor allem die auswechselbaren Nasenstege sind super. Am Anfang erscheinen die kleineren Gläser etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Runderherum bin ich nach den ersten Trainings sehr zufrieden.😁”

“They are just right from and don't provide that nasty succion feeling, neither they pressure my nose too mcuh as other googles would do. I am on my 3rd pair as I have decided to use them in all conditions : training, racing, indoors , outdoors ..”

“I just purchased the new vector googles. This is my third purchase in my four years of returning to swimming. They have all been great. I am still using my first facial scan too! The new Vectors are amazing! A little change in angle has made my field of vision much better. The “tweak” on the seal is noticeably better. So a big thank you to the tech team. Another thing? I have never had to wait more than two days to ever get a response from their team. These people are really five star worthy! Thank you!”

“Despite the excellent fit, I still notice that the lenses fog up during swimming. I have to rinse them frequently to clear the fog. Can anyone recommend a good anti-fog solution that won’t damage the coating? Other than that, I’m very satisfied. The fit is by far the best of any swimming goggles I’ve ever owned.”

“It took me three or four swimming sessions to get used to goggles pacement (at first I was not finding that sweet spot not too tight, not too loose), but finally it feels like I'm free in the water. Worth every penny!”

“I have been swimming for years and always struggled with leaking goggles. No matter what brand I bought or how much I adjusted or tightened the straps, water would eventually leak in—usually at the outer corners. I honestly thought that was just part of swimming. I decided to give THEMAGIC5 a try, although I was skeptical that a custom face scan could make that much difference. I was completely wrong. On my very first swim, I swam laps continuously for an hour without a single drop of water getting into my goggles. Not once did I have to stop to empty them or readjust the fit. For the first time in my life, I was able to focus entirely on swimming instead of my equipment. The difference has been so dramatic that I immediately ordered a second pair as a backup because I never want to be without them. If you've spent years thinking leaking goggles are just part of swimming, they don't have to be. For me, these have genuinely changed my swimming experience.”
