“The anti fog does not work as well as expected and was hoping you could recommend a treatment? I never touched it as recommended and only rinse in water and no chemical put on it either?!?!?”

“My only sticking point is probably not your fault but I ordered mirror and clear and the mirrored shipped without the clear. That's fine except that your email indicated that both were in the same shipment and I had to reach out to you to let you know that I only had the mirrored. I recognize that there are supply chain issues but wished that the shipping email had not indicated that both were in the box.”

“Maybe send a reminder to order new goggles after 6 months, or whenever they get foggy and their anti-fog film is etching away. Maybe a "Hey, time to order new goggles? Save 10% today!" Offer?”

“The goggles are excellent but expensive. I probably would not have bought my pair without the generous "SharkTank" discount. If you can reduce your price without reducing your quality (a tall order, I realize) that would be an improvement.”

“I prefer a thicker back of head band with a more robust tightening mechanism, only because thin ones seem like they will tear. That would stop me from buying another pair.”

“My clear goggles were back ordered. I was trying to follow up via email, web chat and phone call. Better communications. The number you have listed just went to a voice mail, it didn't acknowledge it was Magic5 the website help/contact us was very hard to find. This my disappointment.”

“Had a minor issue in scanning my face, the first time the credit card portion to calibrate dimensions did not work and I had to start over. Also difficult to get every sector to scan and it timed out once or twice before completing. Would be good to know if every section of your face needs to be scanned for this to work. But overall a very cool process and the fit was perfect.”
