Hello 👋 Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback, it helps drive our experience forward. As you may be aware we are brokers, who deal with over 90 lenders across the UK. Currently, nearly all mortgage lenders will exclude potential borrowers who are on long term sick due to illness for the fear that they may lose their income and the mortgage become unaffordable. If you already have a mortgage your existing lender is the most likely lender able to help. We are sorry we couldn't help at this point and wish you a speedy recovery from all of the team at The Mortgage Hut. Chris

“We were initially speaking with Steve who is no longer with the company. Luke took over and guided us through the remainder of the process just as well as Steve did. Everything went smoothly and communication was great at all times. Since the offer we have also been in touch with Shona and Andy who were just as great. Just hoping now that the solicitors will get everything sorted, so that we can move soon.”

“The Mortgage Hut are super helpful and very efficient. My advisor Elliott Murtagh in particular is friendly and really knows his stuff. Especially for someone like myself that does not have much knowledge on the best offers ect he really helps to make things clear and easily understandable. A great help as always.”

“I could easily write a quick review stating that the mortgage hut are quick and efficient, and this would be true, but I feel that they need to be commended on the level of customer care they have shown me more than anything else. I am so grateful for the level of detail, help and general guidance around mortgages that they gave me. I had my own mortgage advisor on hand before speaking with the mortgage hut, but after a single chat with Jess, it became apparent that they hadn't provided me with a fraction of the understanding around the market that Jess did, so I dropped them. Customer care is key.”

“Once again we went with The Mortgage Hut for our remortgage and we were not let down. Supported throughout by David To on this occasion, the whole process was so swift and David was ever so attentive to our needs. He was really knowledgeable about the products on the market given the current difficult economic climate and was able to suggest the best suitable product for us. Highly recommended without a doubt.”
