“Absolutely amazing! Andy at The Mortgage Hut made our mortgage journey a breeze. We were first-time buyers and felt utterly overwhelmed, but Andy was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way we could understand and was always available to answer our questions (no matter how silly we thought they were!). Andy's expertise and dedication indeed went above and beyond. He secured us a fantastic mortgage deal that we never thought possible and kept us updated throughout the process. “Delighted that I used this firm. The service was efficient and prompt. Both Andy Holding and Gia Stevens were incredible helpful dealing with my mortgage application which was challenging. Also been hard of hearing was no issue as they both ensured that I was kept fully informed via email and Facetime. I would recommend this firm highly.”

“We faced significant issues with the mortgage broker recommended by our estate agent, leading to weeks of frustration. Seeking a better option, we found a broker experienced with self-employed individuals and business owners through a Google search. I contacted the Mortgage Hut and spoke with Kiran, who was immediately reassuring, pleasant, and helpful. Throughout the mortgage process, Kiran's work, communication, and diligence remained consistently reassuring. I highly recommend Kiran and her team and will certainly use her services again and recommend her to friends and family.”

“Really pleased with the service received from Kieren and Natasha. We were worried about applying for mortgage as self employed/business owner and the complexity that comes with it. Kieren made the process smooth and simple for us which we are eternally grateful for. Natasha followed up with us once all the documents had been submitted. She was very approachable and efficient - all of our queries were responded to promptly. All in all great service, we will not hesitate to use The Mortgage Hut again when we need to remortgage or move again.”

“My partner and I were first time buyers with very little knowledge about mortgages or the process. We got in contact with David To and he’s been fantastic at helping us obtain our mortgage offer. It was easy to book an appointment and David was very helpful from the outset. He answered all of our questions (there were a lot!), he got in contact when he said he was going to and when he went on holiday he provided a colleague to contact in his absence which was a lovely touch. David has helped us secure the lowest rate and took the time to get to know our needs to help with affordability. Thank you David, for being so helpful (and patient) and we wouldn’t hesitate to come to you again in the future!”
