“Kiran and Andy at the mortgage hut have been extremely helpful. Kiran especially has shown empathy and sympathy to our situation and has given my wife and i all relevant information to enable us to make an informed decision. Kiran, has worked tirelessly to try and get a provider for a mortgage, which she did and has secured good terms by liaising with the underwriter at the mortgage lender. The burden of trying to secure a mortgage was great, but Kiran has helped with the journey, and this would be the second time we have used the Mortgage Hut and more particularly with Kiran, again helping us secure a mortgage offer”

“My conversation with Jack was probably the most informative conversation I’ve had in years. Jack listened to my requirements and gave solutions to 2/3 scenarios. I’m not in the position to utilise him, however I will 100% be calling back in the not so distant future! Jacks knowledge really enabled me to understand more about what I can/want to do with my money. Credit to the company.”

“Amazing service from David To, we are currently in the process of buying our first property and couldn't be more grateful for a great help and support. David is going above and beyond to help and provide excellent service during the whole process . David has really helped us with getting the best deals and does not hesitate to dedicate any amount of time to help us out as first buyers. “Luke has been invaluable these past couple of weeks from getting the mortgage in principal, right up to getting the mortgage accepted today. He is so professional, helpful and nothing is too difficult. He explained everything to me in simple terms every step of the way. From now on I will only be using the mortgage hut for all my mortgage needs. Will be spreading the word to all friends and family too. A fantastic company. Thank you.”

“Billy has been amazing since the beginning. Checking in every couple of months and pulling off a DIP within days after we threw him in the deep end! And Alex has been great replying straight away and answering all our queries! Couldn’t recommend enough”

“the lady Amy, she is very uncertain , a bit rude, she asked question that totally not her business and halfway dropped my application without helping me. Maybe she keen or oky only with white British to serve and not others even when I said to her I was not happy with her behavior and service instead to apologies and clarify , she closed my application without discussing with me. Rude, unprofessional”

“I’ve dealt with Giacomo the last two times I needed a new mortgage, and the most recent time I also dealt with Andy Holding. Both couldn’t do enough to help. I was particularly stressed (due to other external factors) and sent them many messages asking for updates; they were understanding, reassuring and very helpful. They replied promptly and customer service is an obvious priority for them. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a new mortgage. They’ll get you the best rates and the best deals as well.”
