“If you pause for more than 5 minutes it cancels your session. Since you cannot resume, YOU STILL PAY FOR THE LOST SESSION. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE TREATMENT TIME.”

“I love that I can use Nerivio and that I am able to take a few minutes for myself to relax and then get back to my daily routine. I also like that unlike medications which give you horrible side effects the Nerivio does not have any side effects”

“Like treatment but never get 10 treatments per kit. Missed out this time on at least 3 out of 10. The treatment helps as my focus is more on my vibrating arm which seems to lull me into deeper relaxation”

“I’m not very happy with this product. It helps somewhat while I’m using it, but it’s expensive and not covered by insurance, so it really isn’t affordable long term. Also, the customer service has been frustrating. I received a faulty device and have had three different Nerivio customer care people call me to “gather information” about it but have not sent me a refund or exchange. I am now having nerve pain associated with it, which I will contact customer service about, but I’m not expecting to be helped given my experience thus far.”

“I would say it works 90% of the time for me, where I don't have to take anything after. My problem is using early enough. I don't always have access to it right at the onset”

“I've done 5 txs. Thus far, I'd say benefit has been modest. Today, doing 2nd tx, as didn't get much relief from 1st. Minor complaint would be armband clumsiness & 45 min tx session. But, with migraine, ANYTHING that may help is worth trying and ANY benefit is helpful.”
