“Excellent products and service. One small improvement needed imho - would be helpful to have heating/cooking details on the label instead of on separate bits of paper - which I tend to have lost by the time I go to use the pies.”

“Tried the Discovery pack, the pies are amazing, but I felt the sausage rolls were bland, although the pastry was excellent. Please add some more seasoning to the sausage rolls and then will be perfect.”

“I recieved my pack 2 weeks ago , I have so far only tried the steak + ale pie and am having the chicken + ham pack later today, I was very impressed with the filling but sorry to say very disappointed with the pastry, it wasn't either puff or shortcrust and I found it tough and leathery, I give 4 stars for the filling but none for the pastry I'm afraid”

“The beef pies were cooked very well and the pastry was good. However, I found the pies a little too dry for me. Would have been better with a little gravy in them for me. Not really impressed with the apple crumble. Was quite disappointed. Expected a quite buttery topping. Not enough apple filling either - shant be buying this again”

“Really quick delivery. The pies were a great size and the ones tried delicious. Full with tasty meat and no fat or gristle. Four stars given as the ice packs were melted and water in the bottom of the polystyrene box. Was worried the pies would be ok. Think in this hot weather extra ice packs are needed. This is my third order and will buy again but in the colder weather as the orders received in the colder months last winter the pies arrived much colder.”

“Ordered the starter pack, arrived within a week. Packed very well and contained chill bags to maintain temperature. Products were really good, not so keen on crumbles but that’s personal choice, sausage roll was massive and really nice meat. All other pies and pasties very nice but steak ones were an outstanding favourite, lovely crisp pastries and filled to the brim with big tender chunks of meat.”
