“The pies are normally very good but I have had a few batches which have been disappointing as the meat has been quite tough. It put me off ordering more for a while. The delivery is quick and notification of dispatch is a bonus.”

“The product is excellent and the delivery is also good . My only concern is that the packaging doesn't seem to be able to be recycled. Would be great if it was made of potato or something similar.”

“I have only tasted the pasty and the sausage roll so far. The pasty was very good with an excellent filling. The sausage roll was ok. The three pies are still in the freezer. The price of £15 for the taster pack was good value.”

“Had the chicken and mushroom large pie...big chunks of chicken in it great taste on the chicken, different class compared to them pukka pies...only thing I would say that the white sauce seemed a bit lumpy weather when it cools down it thickins up..but will be ordering again...”

“3 points 1the banoffe apple is exceptionally sweet 2 on my previous delivery there was no kidney in the stk and kidney 3 lack of pie identification once the coverings are removed”

“My first order was for the pack of pasties. I hadn’t realised the meat was minced. I prefer the meat in chunks. Also I live alone and do not usually buy in large quantities, so have to freeze and am not sure whether I can reheat from frozen, or whether I have to defrost first.”

“Your normally high standards have not changed and my order met with my expectations. Although your pies are dearer than many others, the pies are seriously crammed to the crust and very tasty. I keep coming back and would definitely recommend them.”

“Absolutely love the meat pies. Will certainly be ordering again. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I tried a banoffee pie and was not happy with the pastry. Also the sausage rolls are just a little on the large side.”
