"I Ordered two boxes of their boozy Christmas mince pies, other years I\u2019ve ordered these and they\u2019ve been sent out in December with a good date for Christmas NOT this year they were out of date before the end November!! on contacting them they said to freeze them which I did only to find when they were defrosted they looked nothing like the photo they used to advertise them, the pastry resembles leather and is rock hard so much so you\u2019d need a chisel to get to the filling, they agreed in an email the pies weren\u2019t up to their normal standard but they have refused to give me a refund (very poor customer service) they told me I should heat them up!! \r\nThese used to be the best mince pies on the market and although expensive I felt worth every penny but not anymore, as I\u2019ve already said you need a chisel to get to the filling ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN TOTAL WASTE OF \u00a330 and so sad such a good business is now no longer interested in their customers comments, poor on you, The worst Pie Company \ud83d\ude21\r\nThe company did offer me \u00a310 discount off my next order but what about the other \u00a320 I\u2019ve wasted, after the treatment I\u2019ve had a \u00a310 voucher is no good as ill never place another order with this company\r\nSee photos of what I got and last photo is the photo they used to advertise pies, mine look nothing like theirs and definitely doesn\u2019t show how rock solid they are\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21"

"Steak and stout pies are delicious! Huge chunks of steak and rich flavoursome gravy. Pastry is crisp and tasty. \r\nThe cornish pasties are lovely. Nice amount of veg with the mince. The pasty is good. Great delivery time , arrived quickly and were well packed. "
