“I dyed my hair (that already had dark blonde coloured highlights in it) “golden brown” but my hair has come out a deep dark red colour. Much much redder than I was expecting. I’m not sure if the issue was the existing blonde highlights. Looking forward to it growing out.”

“Dye is quality, better colours than at-home colour kits sold in stores. The subscription service is convenient and works for my busy life. I really like the shampoo that comes as part of the kit. The accessories and extras in the kit (barrier oil and colour remover wipes) that they include help to make the outcome closer to salon quality job.”

“I purchased the shade dye and did yhe patch test as recommended only to find that I had an allergic reaction. When I contacted the customer service about returning the unopened/unused products I was told they can't offer me a refund. I'm sure this product is fine for those that can use it but the customer service is terrible.”

When you initially contacted us, and you told us that you are allergic to conventional hair colour, we gave you our full list of our ingredients and encouraged you to review our ingredients with your doctor. Unfortunately you are one of the 1% who have an allergy to hair colour. You tried our colour, but you had a reaction. We are glad you performed a patch test first. Wishing you all the best! “I was after a colour close to my own hair colour so that any regrowth would be less obvious. I am very happy with the dark blonde shade. It covered the few greys I had and looks like my natural hair colour. It was super easy to do myself and it was my first time dying my own hair.”
