“Loved the salon accessories and process. First colour was too dark, they were very helpful and gave me advice to correct that and also to pre-soften which I do now and which finally gets me excellent, lasting grey coverage. Thanks!”

“I have never coloured using professional tools before. This was a step up for me after years of home colouring. Loved using the cape, clips, mat and brush. “Love it! Thick, not runny, no awful fumes and I mentioned I was concerned about grey coverage and they suggested pre-softening for my tough greys, which I had never done before. They sent extra product for that and it worked really well! Thank you!”
