“The order process was very good, easy to follow website and prompt acknowledgement of order, plus speedy despatch. The only reason not five stars was that the packaging was rather poor. However the items delivered were I damaged.”

“Having not received my items I contacted the company. They were very efficient in tracking down where the parcel was. It arrived the next day. As it’s present I can’t comment on the quality of the products, but the smells are gorgeous and the packaging really beautiful.”

“The soaps smelled absolutely divine. I would have thought that you would have wrapped the soap in some kind of tissue paper or plastic to ensure the smell stayed longer. the other thing is the lid was so loose. As soon as I picked it up the tin the lid fell off and out popped the unwrapped soap. I wanted to give it as a birthday gift. I had to get some lovely paper and wrap the soap and the extra bits served to help the lid stay in place a bit better. The soaps are now living in Antigua West Indies as the recipient went home with them on Monday 7th November. Otherwise it was great. Best regards Yvonne”

“The Rose Bath Fizzers arrived too late to give as the intended gift (probly postal fault) so I'll give at another opportunity. They are individually wrapped within one box and smell absolutely gorgeous so highly recommend! And it feels great to support a local UK business.”

“I have some old Ginger and Lime hand wash which is much nicer; it has ginger oil, lemon peel, lime oil among other ingredients. Although your new version is OK but I was disappointed that it did not smell as good as your older recipe.”

“I like the products, but am very disappointed I am unable to buy the travel collections in bulk or at a reduced rate for businesses, as I would love to stock them at my holiday let. I am very passionate about stocking local brands/products and these would be perfect!”

“I found the scent of the product very strong compared with other lavender shower gels & it’s used & scent has dissipated. Your lavender shower gel has not had the desired effect of assisting with night sleep but our August weather has been exceptionally hot. Also dismayed to discover it is created by many chemicals. If I had known I would not have purchased, but the positive is I now know which manufacturer I prefer.”
