“The soap came quickly and of good quality. No problems there. I didn't like the label. For some reason I was expecting it to say Distinguished Gentleman Soap and larger brighter print for the perfume name. I shall give it to my son for his birthday as he has a preference for soap over detergent. However I shall feel I am giving something below special because of it's visual impact on me.”

“The delivery box arrived intact and in good condition, but surprised that three of the 500ml handwash bottles had been packed with the push dispenser 'fully' depressed and there was a small amount of gel on the bottles and the inside of the box. Perhaps these bottle types should be despatched with the clips under the push dispenser.”

Hi Antony, Really sorry about this. These bottles should have been in a locked/off position for shipping. I will share with the warehouse team to try to avoid this happening in the future. I'll also issue you a partial refund fort he inconvenience.

“Very luxurious cream. Moisturising skin well. It is oily, however I need that. You have to push hard on the tube to extract cream.”

“Products lovely. Excellent delivery times etc. However, these were for gifts and some of the boxes were quite bashed when they arrived and so don't look quite as pretty as they should. A bit more bubble wrap required.”

“Love this product but removing the stopper before use was extremely difficult. People with hand mobility orbstrength problems may struggle!”

Hi Janice, We are redesigning our reed diffusers as we understand they can be difficult to open. They should be available to purchase this Summer. In the meantime, we suggest carefully using scissors or a teaspoon to remove the stopper. Thank you for the feedback.

“The cream quality is great, my hands don't feel dry five minutes after application, like with many other creams. I only didn't like that smell much, smells soapy, I was expecting something mild, nearly-there milk smell.”
