“Love this product but removing the stopper before use was extremely difficult. People with hand mobility orbstrength problems may struggle!”

Hi Janice, We are redesigning our reed diffusers as we understand they can be difficult to open. They should be available to purchase this Summer. In the meantime, we suggest carefully using scissors or a teaspoon to remove the stopper. Thank you for the feedback.

“The cream quality is great, my hands don't feel dry five minutes after application, like with many other creams. I only didn't like that smell much, smells soapy, I was expecting something mild, nearly-there milk smell.”

“The order was processed promptly, the body lotion and soap have a pleasant fragrance and are good value for money. The only down side was the promise of extras and discounts as I placed my order which then did not materialise.”

“The bottles are very pretty and the soap smells lovely. My only issue was that the lid from one of the bottles came loose in transit and resulted in all the bottles being covered in soap. Two plungers had come adrift too. I managed to clean them all off and put them all back together but it was a messy job.”

“I love the smell of the verbena diffuser, it is the best I have ever had. However, trying to wrestle the plastic stopper out of the bottle is almost impossible without serious damage to fingers as you need a knife or scissors to get it out. Why can’t it have a screw top and also why cannot it be provided in a refill?”

“I was delighted with my purchases. They exceeded my expectations and the packaging was even more beautiful in reality. I have yet to use the products but look forward to it. Unfortunately, the yoga set packaging was torn on arrival so I couldn't give it as a gift as intended. This probably happened in transit as my parcel was detoured and delayed and a bit 'knocked about' when it finally arrived so I blame the courier not The Somerset Toiletry Co. That was the only negative, I will definitely use the company again and recommend it to friends. Thank you.”
