“All on time, smell good but only opened one so far. Perfume not strong and is fading quite quickly in the air but texture good!”

“I was looking for Pomelo related gifts for a relative and came across The Somerset Toiletry Co as a result of a Google search. Having found the perfect gift I was really pleased to discover that they are a home grown UK company that focuses on producing sustainable, free from cruelty, quality products locally. Clearly aware of their potential environmental impact, the use of environmentally friendly processes, recycling and packaging materials helps mitigate any production concerns I may have had. Combined with an incredibly helpful customer service team, the easy ordering process and quality products available, I would happily recommend The Somerset Toiletry Co to anyone in a heartbeat. “The order process was very good, easy to follow website and prompt acknowledgement of order, plus speedy despatch. The only reason not five stars was that the packaging was rather poor. However the items delivered were I damaged.”

“Having not received my items I contacted the company. They were very efficient in tracking down where the parcel was. It arrived the next day. As it’s present I can’t comment on the quality of the products, but the smells are gorgeous and the packaging really beautiful.”
