“Hi Sakina I can't review the products you asked me to as they were bought as gifts and haven't been given yet. I can tell you that they look and smell great and I'll be happy to give them. I would like to pass on some other views, though. I have already complained to the delivery firm (not terribly impressed with their complaints office), and rang to pass on this feedback to the Somerset Toiletry Company - where I was listened to, my query dealt with in an empathetic and timely manner and I was VERY impressed with the customer service. Also, I liked the way my order was packaged. Many thanks Julie Gallie”

“I put these gift bags in my shepherds hut for guests and I’m so glad I found a local company to use in our accommodation in Somerset . Lovely selection of fragrances and this pear one is very delicate . My only issue would be it’s like in little plastic bottles but at least they go in the recycling”

“I just wanted to buy some soap! But having searched I found this store which gave me what I wanted, cruelty free and natural ingredients! They smell glorious, I bought them at reduced prices which made them very affordable. I have stocked up on other items to give as gifts. The ordering and service was good and didn't have to fly miles to deliver to me! I was happy to support a small company in GB.”
