"I have placed return on 26 sept and today already 30 sept \r\nYour policy show 2 days within initiated but still not getting any response\r\ni feel very bad and fedup to try and try again from 4 days and still not able to contact anyone in your service.\r\ni was expecting very much from this store but they let me down after giving such kind of service \r\nif i got to contact number the audio repeatidly saying our team is busy so try again later.... if i chat it showing me same computer generated texted...."

Returning the item is not difficult, it is impossible even if you want it shipped back by yourself they wont give you the address. \r\nInshort: if you miss the fit you lose the cash. Return policy is just for a name sake"

"Very bad service. I am dissatisfied with the service. Please do not buy anything online. The delivery agent that the Souled store uses is a fake service. The delivery agent didn't even try to deliver my product and no communication was done by the delivery agent and fake remarks were given thrice that I was not available for receiving the order. Please DO NOT BUY THINGS ONLINE. Even after this thing being escalated twice, there was no attempt made to deliver. This is very frustrating . I am really very dissatisfied with the service. People, THINK BEFORE YOU BUY AND DON'T MAKE PAYMENTS UNTILL THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED!!!!!"
