“The product quality (T-Shirts) has drastically gone down over the years and prices have gone up. While the designs still resonate, its not worth the poor quality. From pilling to shrinkage and stiffness, souled store has a lot to improve. As an early customer, Iam highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend the products anymore. Its high time Souled store changes their manufacturer/job workers”

“The product was okay, but really thin for a sweatshirt. What was the most disappointing fact was that even after paying for extra gift wrap they didnt do it! They just gave it in a normal souled store package!”

“I was about to buy but just coz the T-shirts and shirts were so overpriced, I checked the reviews to understand if it's premium or the quality is unbeatable. After checking the reviews, I don't think i will take this chance. I have loved the quality of BonOrganik and Bevakoof but I feel wary to check the quality of Souled Store after so many awful reviews.”

“Products are not that good. Quality of the products are differ what they show and send. Sometimes they will cancel the order which we have ordered and even paid for that.”

“I had ordered a black dress which came with a torn pocket. When I wrote to them and asked them to return or replace the damaged dress they said I have to ship it myself and bear the shipping cost. considering they sent a damaged piece without checking it was basic duty to arrange for a pickup and replace . Nevertheless I couldn't send the piece back during Covid so I just had to keep it unwillingly. Pathetic customer service. Will never buy products from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy .”

“I buy one tshrt.. which were in blue colour shown but recieved different color with poor quality. Very bad return policy. And not at all satisfy with refund policy also. They refund it our souled store account.”

“Ordered t shirt from souled store, colour was not as shown on site. Return policy is worst. You will end up with wasting money. Better go for Myntra”

“The quality of tshirts was better before. Today when i received my tshirts , the quality was very poor. Disappointed by the quality and return policy is also not customer friendly.”
