Your delivery partner did not attempt delivery and on your app that order shows cancelled ... Sorry to say this is real bad experience about 4 - 5 items were supposed to be exchanged ... I feel cheated ... I bought extra membership also ...Sorry to say I feel cheated and will never trust such bogus company.

Very bad experience. They send me a low quality product and refusing to take it back and return my money. Three times they rejected their product saying quality issues. Customer care is also not working properly.

Souled Store products are of low quality I recently purchased hydros and the clip snapped on the first day of the use Their customer care which is only on what’s app did not help and I was denied refund or even exchange Very poor service

I was quite disappointed to see that the Dahisar Check Naka store has been closed without any prior update or communication. During diwali featival and i have travelled from mahalaxmi to dahisar for wide range and unique collections.It was one of the biggest and most well-stocked Souled Store outlets in Mumbai, and its sudden shutdown has really affected the shopping experience for customers in the Western suburbs. The store was easily accessible and often had a wider variety of stock compared to other locations it’s unfortunate that such a key store was shut down.There was no signage or information at the location about the closure, which added to the confusion and inconvenience. It would have been helpful to inform customers in advance through SMS, email, or even on the website and maps.On a positive note, I want to thank the staff at your new Bandra store they were very helpful and assisted me with my concerns. They were courteous and tried their best to guide me. Then finally i buy from the store. As discussed with the team, I strongly request that you maintain a wide and consistent variety of clothing in at least one offline store. It becomes frustrating when certain collections are only available online or scattered across different locations. Having one flagship store (or a clearly marked location) where the full range is available like it was in Dahisar would really improve the overall experience. Thankyou, Chirag Suthar 9137963583

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at The Souled Store. Their rigid policies seem to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, which is unacceptable. The exchange process was a nightmare, and the customer service team was more focused on citing rules than resolving my issue. It's clear that they don't value their customers' feedback or concerns. I wouldn't recommend The Souled Store to anyone – there are better options out there that actually care about their customers. Save your time and money, and shop elsewhere."

These clogs from The Souled Store are a huge disappointment. While they look good, the quality is incredibly poor. After only two days of light use, they've already falling apart. For something that looks so bulky and durable, they're surprisingly weak. The brand needs to seriously improve the quality of their footwear.

The customer services are pathetic . I have been trying to just exchange the item and get a size up. The delivery guy takes the parcel and then next day returns it back and says Madam the return is not accepted.He said I don’t know the reason. Its just all chaos and time waste. A common problem with small businesses.

The souled store lure people with false advertisements about Membership Wednesday. Despite purchasing stuff, they don't provide prizes and simply turn down requests by saying customers are randomly selected. Whenever, customers file a complaint or concerns, their customer experience team are least interested in pleasing paying members or even supporting them which are spending money to support their business. Even the prices of their stuff is going higher and quality is not that great whereas there are other competitive stores offering better design and value for money. I would stay away from this company which do not care for supporting customers.
