Bought clothes from here, terrible quality, the fabric is itchy, and it didn't even last one wash without the strings fraying out.

The customer services are pathetic . I have been trying to just exchange the item and get a size up. The delivery guy takes the parcel and then next day returns it back and says Madam the return is not accepted.He said I don’t know the reason. Its just all chaos and time waste. A common problem with small businesses.

The souled store lure people with false advertisements about Membership Wednesday. Despite purchasing stuff, they don't provide prizes and simply turn down requests by saying customers are randomly selected. Whenever, customers file a complaint or concerns, their customer experience team are least interested in pleasing paying members or even supporting them which are spending money to support their business. Even the prices of their stuff is going higher and quality is not that great whereas there are other competitive stores offering better design and value for money. I would stay away from this company which do not care for supporting customers.

I bought two superman sweatshirts however I opened one parcel and never opened the other. It was such a poor quality. Returning is easy through the app but there’s a catch. I have to pay 20 rupees per product for return. I ordered 2 sweatshirts together but they spilt the order into 2 that was very cleaver of them. I even received both the products together by the way. This should not be the case if you are ordering multiple items together. They should charge a single amount. I placed the return it’s 24/09/2024. First time I ordered and this will be my last.

Worst company and team I have encountered with. They have failed to refund my order for more than a week. Everytime I call the customer care centre, I'm told that the refund will be issued within a day but no progress for a week.

Where is my refund ... Where is my money??????? What kind of a service this is and I have all your emails written about me getting the refund today and you also confirmed on your last emails that the item is received back, but I have not got my money at all. You souled store are a cheat and just take money frm customers but do not deliver nor refund back. Check your homepage and social media. I have already posted this few minutes ago and now I am sending all of this on YouTube and then lodging and FIR as I have all proofs Santosh Narottam So not buy as this is a fraud clothing co. They take ur money and do not deliver and then take the item back but you never get your money back. I am lodging a FIR now and have already posted their fake promises and emails sent with screenshots on FB, insta, and now sending all on you tube.

I've ordered galactic perfume thru online, fragrance are not that much satisfied, please improve fragrance quality, when I sprayed it smells like local detergent soap , Im using so many tees collections from your store that quality is fine , if you're entering to perfume section, you have to workout to get unique collection, this might lead to downfall , please make some unique perfume collections, sorry to say this , I feel I lost my money

We had very bad experience when we had to return Souled store product when the size was too large. The proper size was not available and he ence we had to return the product. It has been more than 15 days now, their agent is not coming to pickup the delivery. Every time we get message that delivery boy was unable to pick up the delivery. I wrote emails. I contacted on helpline. They only give the timeline but doesn't show up. The return process is extremely bad.

I placed an order worth over 7000 INR with The Souled Store. On the 2nd day after placing the order, I received a notification that the delivery attempt had failed because no one was available at home and the call was unreachable. However, this was entirely false; no one had called or visited my home. Upon receiving this notification, I immediately tried to reach customer support. Unfortunately, their website does not list a support number or live chat option. After some effort, I managed to find their customer support number and explained the situation. I also provided an alternative contact number in case there were any issues locating my address. I requested a callback from the escalation department, and I was assured they would get in touch. However, no one called, so I had to follow up and request escalation once again. They promised to call back within 30 minutes, but I never received a call. On the 4th and 5th days, I continued to receive misleading emails and SMS notifications claiming that the delivery attempts had failed for the same reasons—no one was home and the call was unreachable. By the 6th day, there was still no contact from the customer service team, and I had yet to receive my order. On the 7th day, I received a call promising that the delivery would be made by the next day, but this turned out to be another false promise. Dealing with The Souled Store has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of effective communication and the poor customer service have made the experience highly disappointing. I eventually requested a refund as I was about to fly out of the country. Their internal communication and delivery management are severely lacking, and I cannot recommend their services.

I am extremely disappointed with The Souled Store's service. I placed an order on the 5th of June, and despite waiting more than 10 days, my order is still stuck in the "shipped" status and hasn't been picked up by the courier. I needed this item for a special occasion, but the delay has ruined my plans. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again.

Very very poor customer service. Got the wrong product, and then when I called up to complain, three different people answered all 3 times, with zero knowledge of what to do except to say they would enquire and get back. Nobody got back. Now I am having a wrongly delivered item and paid for this product and nobody to take responsibility . 😠 😡. I have written to them , hoping to get a reply. Waiting to see what happens. Highly IRRESPONSIBLE ‼️‼️‼️😠😠😠

The clothes quality and designs are good, but their customer care support is really poor. If you want to return/exchange the product (Online) and get a refund, the process for the same takes forever with multiple follow-ups from your end. I purchased one T shirt and wanted to return the same due to the size issue, and I initiated the return in the month of Nov, 2023. The product was picked up in the first week of Jan, 2024 after calling them 7 times and dropping multiple emails. It's already March and I still have not received my refund yet, again I have already called them 3 times and dropped 2 emails.

Poor delivery partnership, unable to deliver a product after so many delays. Don't have a backup if delivery otp is not received. They are fast in canceling the product and refund rather than addressing the underlying delivery concern.
