I placed an order worth over 7000 INR with The Souled Store. On the 2nd day after placing the order, I received a notification that the delivery attempt had failed because no one was available at home and the call was unreachable. However, this was entirely false; no one had called or visited my home. Upon receiving this notification, I immediately tried to reach customer support. Unfortunately, their website does not list a support number or live chat option. After some effort, I managed to find their customer support number and explained the situation. I also provided an alternative contact number in case there were any issues locating my address. I requested a callback from the escalation department, and I was assured they would get in touch. However, no one called, so I had to follow up and request escalation once again. They promised to call back within 30 minutes, but I never received a call. On the 4th and 5th days, I continued to receive misleading emails and SMS notifications claiming that the delivery attempts had failed for the same reasons—no one was home and the call was unreachable. By the 6th day, there was still no contact from the customer service team, and I had yet to receive my order. On the 7th day, I received a call promising that the delivery would be made by the next day, but this turned out to be another false promise. Dealing with The Souled Store has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of effective communication and the poor customer service have made the experience highly disappointing. I eventually requested a refund as I was about to fly out of the country. Their internal communication and delivery management are severely lacking, and I cannot recommend their services.

I am extremely disappointed with The Souled Store's service. I placed an order on the 5th of June, and despite waiting more than 10 days, my order is still stuck in the "shipped" status and hasn't been picked up by the courier. I needed this item for a special occasion, but the delay has ruined my plans. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again.

Very very poor customer service. Got the wrong product, and then when I called up to complain, three different people answered all 3 times, with zero knowledge of what to do except to say they would enquire and get back. Nobody got back. Now I am having a wrongly delivered item and paid for this product and nobody to take responsibility . 😠 😡. I have written to them , hoping to get a reply. Waiting to see what happens. Highly IRRESPONSIBLE ‼️‼️‼️😠😠😠

The clothes quality and designs are good, but their customer care support is really poor. If you want to return/exchange the product (Online) and get a refund, the process for the same takes forever with multiple follow-ups from your end. I purchased one T shirt and wanted to return the same due to the size issue, and I initiated the return in the month of Nov, 2023. The product was picked up in the first week of Jan, 2024 after calling them 7 times and dropping multiple emails. It's already March and I still have not received my refund yet, again I have already called them 3 times and dropped 2 emails.

their employee life issucked up. They dont care for employee mental and physical health after working high hours.They just care for their customers and so much rigid to their processes.

Poor delivery partnership, unable to deliver a product after so many delays. Don't have a backup if delivery otp is not received. They are fast in canceling the product and refund rather than addressing the underlying delivery concern.

Souled Store is one of the worst brands to buy the products. 1. Overly priced with below standard quality 2. No.1 Fraud Organization who loots consumers by making them pay extra for the Membership plan and delays the delivery of the product by 3 weeks and doesn't refund the amount. 3. Consumers should think 1000 times before wasting money on these frauds. 4. Once you have placed the order, the Souled store will delay your delivery and when asked about the reason for the delay, they put the blame on the 3rd party delivery partner. Surprisingly the Membership Plan claims to deliver the orders earlier than the normal delivery i.e the delivery on priority for the souled store members. But they delayed the product delivery by 3 weeks and didn't even refund the amount. Their executives made false promises on compensating with the TSS points but didn't receive either the refund or the TSS points. They just held my money saying it is not refundable. BIG FRAUDS and CHEATS. SHAMELESS PEOPLE.

I have placed return on 26 sept and today already 30 sept Your policy show 2 days within initiated but still not getting any response i feel very bad and fedup to try and try again from 4 days and still not able to contact anyone in your service. i was expecting very much from this store but they let me down after giving such kind of service if i got to contact number the audio repeatidly saying our team is busy so try again later.... if i chat it showing me same computer generated texted....

Worst courier service and inefficient customer support. Be careful while buying any item online because if it does fit you or the quality is not what you expected then the options are either you forget the cash which you paid or change your body according to the dreas you ordered. Returning the item is not difficult, it is impossible even if you want it shipped back by yourself they wont give you the address. Inshort: if you miss the fit you lose the cash. Return policy is just for a name sake

Serious decline in quality - purchased the same polo t-shirt after a year or more, and tested. Cheap material, non-stretchable. I guess they a bit of success gets to their head, and they have lost track of why they started this.

First they sent wrong clothes and also when you purchase for the first time THEY ADD A NON REFUNDABLE STUPID SUBSCRIPTION which if you didn't pay attention u will end up paying..... straight up scammers
