“Worst quality products....does not refund money so one is forced to buy their cheap clothing in exchange for the already received cheap clothes......and also no refund policy shown while buying”

“The biggest scammer is one lady in the customer care who fools like anything. I had ordered and there was a transaction failure instead of returning the money within time she argues for her company policies. Please don't get fooled by them as they are highly unprofessional. There was one guy called Karthik who helped me a lot. But the lady was totally unprofessional and has no clue what she speaks. Pathetic customer care.”

“I was about to order "Justice League Baseball Shirt: Clark Kent and Iron Man: First Flight" but after going through the customer reviews I don't want to take the risk because this is not a reputed shopping side so I have change my mind. Let me keep checking more upcoming reviews from the buyer and I'll get back if it is good.”

“Worst company to buy from. They are unprofessional. Ordered 2 weeks back, when I did not received the order. They said that order has been cancelled because courier guy was not able to reach me. And courier guy didn't even called. They didn't even mailed me or messaged me about that.”

“Overpriced products. I had ordered a couple of Supima t-shirts recently, but didn't like the quality. The fabric was too thin. Returned them and ordered a Summer pant (had to use TSS credits on something). Again, the quality of the product was quite poor for its price (thousand rupees). If you are reading this Souled store - Let the quality of your products speak for itself. Your constant attempts at projecting yourself as a cool homegrown uban brand won't help you if you don't back it up with quality products.”

“I order a tee shirt for my birthday they claim It was coming the 2nd of March I haven’t recieved my order yet I don’t believe they ever sent it they don’t have to worry about me ordering again no phone number to call I am disgusted money lost o well hope this help others”
