“FRAUD. Poor fabric. Return policy is pathetic. Items are different when compared to the app or website. Better shop from Myntra. At least they do not cheat customers.”

“Pathetic experience. I have not received my order and still it is showing delivered in the app. I had not wished my first experience would be so bad with your brand. Will never shop again nor will recommend it to anyone. My order was a prepaid one. I had ordered on 9th april and due to lockdown it was not delivering but after the courier service resumed i thought i would get it. Pathetic tracking experience. No update no calls and it shows delivers. I am not at all happy with this. Tracking Id 54225238277436. I wont again buy from you'll. And if i want to it wont for sure be a prepaid order. Even after taking membership this is what we get. Its really disheartening. Very bad experience”

“I ordered am 3 ply layer miltary colored mask and in the pic ita looks very nice!! But in Real it's not good quality and color of the mask is very dull !!! Im very much diapointed with the first impression you gave to me !!! I though of recomending it to my friend and cousins but now I fell I never every order any thing nor recomend any one !!”

“Order no 2663518,I placed a prepaid order worth Rs1085 for 3 t-shirts and I received two only. So I placed call at souled store,to inform them that the order no 2663518 delivery is incomplete . The product is available in app.They direct told me that we are not having the stock available so dint delivered. Now in the souled store app they are showing the same product available in different sizes.””

“I have Placed Order for t shirt and still not received my order. Its been 2 month. If you don't want to do business please close your site and company but don't rob the people like this way. We trust you and purchase product from that doesn't mean that you starting rob the people. I want my full money back with delivery charges. If you are doing business then we are also working somewhere and earn money.we also have value for that. If you are not in mood to complete your order then its is fine just cancel order from your side and refund my money with delivery charges back.”

“My order no 2634354 paid for on 19th March 2020 .... did not call them for two months as I understood they could not deliver .... not getting any relevant information now and their courier company is also not updating .... pls be careful .... they cannot be relied upon”

“FRAUD, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE..!!!! Order no 2667531, I placed a prepaid order worth Rs 2800 for 8 t-shirts and I received one only. I placed a complaint but it’s been a week since when they have been postponing with lame excuses like- according to the courier partners the weight of the parcel was 1.4kg which according to them is same when it was dispatched., but the receipt on the parcel clearly indicates the weight of 0.5kg which can never be equivalent to the 8 t-shirts, now they are not picking my call, ITS A CLEAR CUT CASE OF FRAUD, DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE”

“I can't help but call these people frauds. I had ordered a case for my phone around 2 months earlier, but the case is smaller than the phone. I don't know how that is even possible even after specifying the model. Also their return policy is highly deplorable.”

“Tricked I have never been more inconvenienced by online shopping. These people tricked me with their 30% discount by showing me the amount with discount till I made the payment and then realising that they overcharged me! The amount that got deducted from my card did not include the discount. I feel cheated and scammed. I tried to contact them to fix this issue for days and still there has been no improvement. They should have refunded the extra money but instead they offered to give me some lousy reward points. Why should I accept the reward points if don’t want to do any future transactions with them? And also I have not yet received those reward points in my account.”

“ordered two items and paid for them. While delivery i received just one item and i paid Rs 1152 just for a tshirt. No invoice on the package and when i asked customer executive they said wait for 24hrs and we’ll revert. Instead of helping me with the issue all i got was sorry for the trouble we cannot help you”
