“Their website clearly states that the delivery procedure takes no later than 7-8days. I had ordered few times before, never had any problem till this time. So they sent the product 20days post the date of order & that too without prior intimation & since I wasn't at my home, I couldn't receive. Their tracking details updated me that their delivery agent reported them that the customer rejected to receive the product. I did do no such thing. So they lie. They when you reschedule then they fail & again they go back & lie some more. There's hardly any response from their part of you mail them, leave aside any compensation. Now the thing is, they lost me as a buyer, might be no big deal for them, but I shall make sure they lose many more. Keep up with your lousy customer service. Bravo!!!!”

“Pathetic. Don't order from souled store. Bad quality plus one has to ship the product back to them to return and they credit 100 Rs as reward point. Pathetic service.”

“the color variations are more when actual product comes...and return policy is not friendly because its self done so i feel not to buy when i dont like. But the product is delivered fast.”

“Who in today's age requires you to send the purchased item back via courier . The idea is to kill the thought of return by wasting customer's time. Very immature brand , would not recommend to anyone.”

“very bad exp have placed the order on 30th Nov after 12 days its showing order placed not even shipped and when I took the follow up they said one item is out of stock that's pathetic they are very immature startup do not have exp of e-commerce. Simple inventory they can't handle if anyone placed the order item should be tagged as sold at the time of shipping how can you tell that item is out of stock.”

“Order I'd 2259846. It's Mandate I give 1* otherwise. Straight up cheating. I placed the order on 17th and past couple of days everyday I get a message out for delivery.. And all of sudden I got a message that Order delivered but I never got the order.. I am taking this to consumer forum will send official letter from consumer court by taking this issue. I have lost money.”

“hey, it's mandatory to give 1 star else they don't deserve any star. the worst shoping website have ever shopped from. they just fool a customer. i ordered a t-shirt and it was not delivered to me at anytime. in starting they showed delivey date and later they removed that also. customer care and their staff is also so wrost that they will not help you ever. they will just fool by saying 48 hours. the worst product based company.”

“I purchased a t shirt few weeks back which first show COD available but during payment COD wasn’t available so I used my card to do the online payment. The card wasn’t used anywhere other then in this site and week later my card got hacked and I lost 15k from my atm card. Don’t use your atm card in this site and the costumer service is so worst they never respond for the problems.”

“This is a pathetic store. I ordered one t-shirt from here and they sent me the wrong one! The hilarious part is the return policy. They expect you to the following: Exchange Policy Go through their return policy. Its idiotic for a online business: 1. They expect you to pack it and ship it back to them. 2. They say do no exceed Rs 100 as the shipping cost and they tell you to use speedpost. 3. They will refund the return shipping charges as some 100 points. LOL they expect people to come and buy again? DO NOT SHOP HERE! Total waste of time, especially if you get the wrong product, they want you to put in effort for their mess up! Useless business planning!”
