“Never expected such quality from you guys ur showing one image in product page u r nort giving your 100% to make your website different from others u cheated me really disappointing on opening my souled store box my soul felt very sad by purchasing these clothes improve your quality or else close the souled store”

“They are following unethical business practices. I ordered one t-shirt which was one size smaller. They don't have option for exchange so I was left with returning the product. They asked to wait for money to get credited in tss wallet. They took 4 days for return and 2 days to reflect the balance in tss wallet. When I tried to order larger size product was at 30% discount and at the time of payment it gave error message of product out of stock. I requested to notify me once the product is back in stock and got the reply that they are not sure when they will have tshirt back in stock. Surprisingly t-shirt was available in one day but at regular rate. Be really careful. This was my last order from this app. Good luck.”

“I got 2 boxer shorts and a premium membership for discount Reasons. I am regretting i wasted 1000Rs. The 2 boxers are 350 each and are thinner my Ramraj boxer inners. The lint has caught on to the black one already and the punisher patterns look nothing like the preview images.”

“I ordered a t-shirt. At ordered time the amount of t-shirt is 733. And at the last is same. Suddenly delivery boy says it's 758. I don't how. Now they are massaging me it's 758. I cancelled the pickup. And they have no explanation.”

“The quality of products are not good the stuff is so thin and I’m also facing problems in refund of my money it’s been 7-10 days and my refund has been not taken place all the time they are making excuses and saying that the amount is being bounced back twice. I have not found their services good enough I think their products are overrated.”

“Horrible Quality. The product page shows high quality samples of the apparel but after purchasing I realised it was similar in quality to the clothes you get in flea markets. No review page or feedback page on site. Will never buy from them again.”

“Bought a Donald Duck stripes t-shirt. Everything was ok but the stitches came of and now the t-shirt looks bad from the backside. Worst quality product. Definitely not worth the 650 bucks I spent..”

“Wish I had read the earlier reviews.They don't have a pickup facility for return and they expect people to go to the speed post counter to send the package! Utterly disappointing and everything about the t-shirt is just mediocre”

“Their wwe section is far from being authentic, I'm a customer since 2017, all of their wwe merch is not at all accurate to what they sell on wweshop. Look at the size of the letters it's so small. Refrain from buying any wwe merch from them.”

“Badly Disappointed, While I was buying the T-shirt, it was shown on the sould store's website that the product will come in the box of csk and along with the page with Dhoni's autograph. But I found the product in a normal packing. Maybe I made a big mistake buying a product from should store.”

“Pathetic experience. I have not received my order and still it is showing delivered in the app. I had not wished my first experience would be so bad with your brand. Will never shop again nor will recommend it to anyone. My order was a prepaid one. I had ordered on 19th april and due to lockdown it was not delivering but after the courier service resumed i thought i would get it. Pathetic tracking experience. No update no calls and it shows delivers. I am not at all happy with this. My order number is 2670565 dated 19.04.2020. I wont again buy from souledstore. And if i want to it wont for sure be a prepaid order. Even after taking membership this is what we get. Its really disheartening. Very bad experience. Won't recommend to anyone. Beware of these cheaters .Fraud .”
