“VEry responsive, informative and timely delivery is all I can say for thsi order. The package arrived in original packaging and was exactly as described on website and performance. I can also add their stock levels are higher than most and price is competitive. I will definitely continue ordering form here mostly for reliability and quality received.”

“I bought a bunch of gear to extend our Starlink to a shed and a pool area, the tech geeks helped me with everything. We set up everything when it arrived (on a bench, prior to the final install) as instructed, and it worked perfectly, however, a week later when we installed the last pair of bridges to the shed, one of the bridges wouldn't power up and work as expected. I rang them and they got me to try some things but to no avail. But they were fantastic when it came to sending me a replacement pair of bridges which work perfectly. I could not recommend them any more highly.”

“I needed a solution to our internet problems pronto and I had no headspace to work out exactly what I needed (a cruise around the web became bamboozling!). Finally, I called the guys, described my problem and in minutes they had a solution. Everything was easy from start to finish and now we have the best internet connection we've ever had. “My experience up to receiving our product was excellent. On in packaging our product we found that the cable suppled was not compatible with the waterproof connection that was on the booster. This then required phone calls to find out what to do to fix this issue. As well as the delay of installation. Another aspect that I find somewhat amusing is the reason that we have purchased these products is to get better phone and internet access but we were advised to download videos on how to do things but our present technology cannot do it. This might be trivial to some but it’s the real problem for us. Thank you”

We provided a step-by-step PDF guide for your installation, along with links to helpful tips. Some aspects are best demonstrated in a video, which covers the waterproof cap and how to connect the cables. We will continue to explore alternative ways to convey this information, especially for individuals with limited connectivity.
