Comparing what I have received with local garden centres I would have paid around £10. Now garden centres are open, hopefully online stores will stop ripping people off. “I have used this company for years with variable results but this year the service has been dreadful. I place my order for plug plants in March for delivery in May which arrived in dribs and drabs much later than stated and in not very good condition. I have had to nurse them into health. The latest to arrive was to have been the centrepiece of my display and has just arrived (15th June) with its growing points broken off so no display this year. I use other plant suppliers who have coped very well in the difficult situation. This year will be the last I use this company.”
“Dreadful company. 2 months after the order was placed we are still waiting for items to be delivered in spite of being told within 21 days!
The plants we have received were small and poor quality in fact some were already dead on arrival.
It is impossible to contact customer service as they have closed their phone lines and never answer emails.
We did eventually get a response from them after posting a poor review! They offered a partial refund on some of the dead plants and assured us the rest of the order was imminently to be dispatched.
We received 6 half dead tiny herb plugs (which were advertised as jumbo plugs! ) 10 days later, and the final item 2 over priced bags of compost which we needed to plant the order in has yet to materialise!
Do not touch this company unless you want to be very disappointed”

“The first part of our order was delivered early but included stretched badly damaged garden ready plug plants. The fertiliser from the order was missing. Contacted T & M by email still not received a reply a month later. Appreciate present difficulties but even taking this into consideration the standard of Customer Service Is appalling. The second part of our order, due by the end of May has still not been dispatched two weeks later. Heaven knows when the end of June part will be delivered!”
“Sic I could hive no star I would, the plants were in a bad condition when they came only 18 plants instead of 20. 3/4 of them are dead now even though I followed the instructions and put them in water before planting them in a tray ready to transfer out. Took picture sent to them e mailed 3 times and no reply.

“If I could give minus stars I would . Absolutely appalling company, no customer service , I have now sent over 100 emails with no result . I have asked for a refund for plants ordered pre Covid but still not supplied . The quality of plants that have been delivered is shocking , Yet they are still advertising plants for sale . I would not recommend this company to anyone , I have used several other companies who have delivered on time and good quality healthy plants .”
“Ordered mid April. Have received, on and off some of my order, of which, some plants and bare roots have died. Some plugs have flourished. Others have not yet arrived, apart from a number of promised that they will be picked and shipped within 3-5 days, or possibly 5 days, and I’m still waiting. I am so worried now about these, as these were Jumbo plugs, if they tell me I cannot get them, I will not be able to get them anywhere else, or if I can get them, it’ll not be enough time to have them establish.
I have received a couple of refunds, but the latest promise of one, which is about £17-18, I am still waiting for, since 28th May.
The photos are my ceoanthus, one dying the other thriving.
Others, please avoid at all costs. I have used T & M for a while now, with similar problems and will not use again.”
