Terrible company. They haven’t delivered items, what has been sent was bad quality, only remained alive with lots of TLC. Answered initial complaint but since have Ignored further complaints and won’t answer the phone. Do not waste your money. We feel ripped off.

Amazing that the 5 star ratings have responses but the 1 star ones don't? Call me cynical but you have to wonder why! So on to my order if it was possible to put a negative score I would put -5. We ordered 3 things at the same time 1. 2 hanging baskets, delivered on the 24th May not properly packed so one was upside down and both plastic pots contained damaged plants. On the same day we sent an email with pictures and guess what no answer 2 weeks later 2. 36 Busy Lizzie plugs, Cleary shipped on a Friday as half dead I would be embarrassed to send anything like these. 3. Geranium plugs still waiting but have absolutely zero expectation. Don't answer their phone either

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Paid a small fortune for postiplugs which arrived rotten and dead. No response from customer services yet they keep pumping out marketing emails with new offers. I think it's a total scam. AVOID.

Don't believe a word this company says. Ordered goods in April which stated were in stock, got some of the goods delivered sporadically over 2 months which were of very poor quality. Tried to cancel but told they were dispatched so too late. 4 weeks later they cancelled after informing about the delivery with no reasoning. Took me emailing constantly to receive monies back for non received goods. All information documented and pictures time stamped sent to the but no response to emails. All in all the worst company I have ever dealt with via online - never again.

Never use again. I ordered 2x packets of viola seeds which didn’t germinate. I ordered Busy Lizzie plugs due to arrive March but didn’t arrive until May and had been dispatched 6 days before they arrived and were very wet sorry little plants which have hardly grown at all albeit alive just. I am still awaiting Cosmos and Begonia garden ready plants which I was due to receive in May and it now 8th of June and they haven’t even been dispatched yet. I’m actually upset about this as I pride myself in my garden looking beautiful at this time of year and it just looks an empty dull patch of land. I realise these are unprecedented time’s but if you knew you couldn’t fulfil orders you shouldn’t have taken our money. Very disappointed customer.

No respect for their customers, the plants I ordered have been very poor quality or dead on arrival . Still waiting for several items no response to e/mails and no one answers the phone.But they have time to send e/mails through to get people to buy more goods .Never deal with them again and I would not recommend them to any one else.

First time using your company. You came recommended. So disappointed half the plants arrived were dead. I am awaiting more that were dispatched days ago which no doubt will now be dead. I will never order from you again

Order number W9984092 Total price£73.14 Placed 9th April Plants arrived quickly and in good condition-but Basil seeds still have not turned up. Order number W9827828 Total price£115.78 Placed on24. March Petunia posti plugs. Dead £12.99 on arrival Busy lizzie plugs. Every single one died £9.99 Bare root geranium plant. Tiny,still just alive. £12.99 Tomatoe Shirley posti plug dead on arrival. £9.99 Begonia plug plants two survived. £10.99 Lobelia plug plants all died. £12.99 2 different types of grafted tomato plants and Basil seed were eventual cancelled Tomato posti plug Tumbling Tom despatch end of March ,now should arrive in June. It is a joke! Despite several e-mails since end of April I received no reply, refund or voucher. Please gardeners avoid this firm.

Like may others this site first time I have ordered from TM, ordered grafted vegetable plants on 29th April, 11 in total. Received three tomato plants in very poor condition and complained. Another tomato plant arrived in poor condition, meanwhile i wrote about the damaged tomato plant and was told I would be sent replacement of a different kind from that ordered. E-mailed on 11th May to say I did not want replacements of a kind not ordered and canceled the whole order asking that a refund be given. No response to date. This week I received 3 mini tomato plugs as a replacement for the three grafted tomato plants. I have again e-mailed, no response. The phone line now appears dead. Like others I am now not sure how I get my money back. No sign of the other vegetable plants ordered. Like every other business circumstances are difficult at this time, however ignoring customers and not responding to e-mails is not a solution. I have never experienced such poor customer service and quality of product.

steer clear of this company. Having placed an order 8 weeks ago and having received several promises of delivery dates, this company refuses to cancel my order and give me a refund. Email responses from this company say they cannot cancel the order and steadfastly refuse to send me a refund. My legal rights are to a full refund if goods are not received within 30 days. It has been 8 weeks now. I have begun action against this company

Ordered on March and only just received my order this week. I have had to throw away more than half of my order of tomato & busy lizzie plug plants as they were rotten. I won't be ordering from you again.

I have e mailed you last week regarding my geraniums, whick took 8 days to arrive,they were all but dead, the other plug plants I received prior to this from the same order have not come to life either. could you at least please get back to me,in reply to my original e mail

Same as everyone else ordered 36 fuschia plugs maybe one might grow it seems to be just about hanging on the rest where dead are very poor quality no reply to emails

What a dreadful outfit! I placed an order on 29th March 2020. Due to problems we all recognise I cancelled on 31st March. I got confirmation of cancellation on 1st April from Dawn telling me the refund would appear on my statement within 5 working days. There followed more messages assuring me of best attention. I am waiting for the promised refund in early June! DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

Placed an order of over £350 which was with a discount of 25% in March Never ordered with the company before but I have never been so disappointed with the items I am receiving. Plants that literally look like a twig. Plants that are dying and plug plants that are dead on arrival or only make it for a few days. So disappointed. I would never expect my garden centre to even display the items in the condition i am receiving them. This is my first ever negative review about any company but just feel i need to let people know and be careful when ordering.

I would strongly recommend that if you want to buy plants on line you do not order from this company. I made my first order on March 23rd and after many e mails I eventually received the last of my order a week ago. My second order was a week later and I am still waiting for one plant. Their constant excuse for the delays was that they were very busy and had some problems because of Covid 19. However my in box was always full of their publicity for special offers. I would have thought if they can’t manage to fulfil their normal orders then demand for these would not help with that. Also plants arrived in drips and drabs and some of them weren’t worth sending. I doubt I will ever receive the Erigeron they owe me but I have given up contacting them and getting the same excuse. Covid 19 ! Other online businesses have managed very well without making excuses.

do not purchase from this company NO customer service I think watchdog or trading standards should be intervening . the pictures below of dead and shriveled plants are the same as many people are experiencing

I placed orders in March and April and had £120 80 taken from my account on ordering. It is now June a month after the catalogue states the delivery dates.I have received 3 plants all of a substandard quality and been told all the others have been placed on back order. It is impossible to contact the company either by phone or email. I have had no explanation as yet no apology and no money refunded - a disgrace

I ORDERED 4 HANGING BASKETS WHICH HAVE BEEN DELIVERED HALF DEAD OR NOT IN THEIR PLASTIC CONTAINERS PROPERLY. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND BUT HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPOINTED. LIKE ALL THE OTHER DISGRUNGTLED CUSTOMERS THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE LINE OR ANSWER ANY EMAILS , I DO NOT WANT ANY REPLACEMENT ONLY MY MONEY BACK NO VOUCHERS AS I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY.
