“What a dreadful outfit! I placed an order on 29th March 2020. Due to problems we all recognise I cancelled on 31st March. I got confirmation of cancellation on 1st April from Dawn telling me the refund would appear on my statement within 5 working days. There followed more messages assuring me of best attention. Plants that literally look like a twig.
Plants that are dying and plug plants that are dead on arrival or only make it for a few days.
So disappointed.
I would never expect my garden centre to even display the items in the condition i am receiving them.

“I would strongly recommend that if you want to buy plants on line you do not order from this company. I made my first order on March 23rd and after many e mails I eventually received the last of my order a week ago. My second order was a week later and I am still waiting for one plant. Their constant excuse for the delays was that they were very busy and had some problems because of Covid 19. However my in box was always full of their publicity for special offers. I would have thought if they can’t manage to fulfil their normal orders then demand for these would not help with that. Also plants arrived in drips and drabs and some of them weren’t worth sending. I doubt I will ever receive the Erigeron they owe me but I have given up contacting them and getting the same excuse. Covid 19 ! Other online businesses have managed very well without making excuses.”

It is now June a month after the catalogue states the delivery dates.I have received 3 plants all of a substandard quality and been told all the others have been placed on back order. “I wish I had read theses reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a Nurserymen’s Hanging Basket Collection and when the plants eventually arrived also stipulates all of them were dead. The “greenery “ was broken away from the plugs And they were all useless.
I immediately emailed T & M with phots of the plants and got an automatic response saying they would contact me in 5 - 7 days. Two weeks later nothing I emailed again and got the same response again nothing. A week after that with still no response I emailed again (as phone lines are not being answered ) the response is now promised in 10 - 14 days. 2 weeks on I have still heard nothing. Don’t order through this company they will take your money and give no satisfactory response if there are problems. They need investigating.”

“From the day I placed my order until today, my experience has been a complete disaster. Pants not arriving, delivery company couldn’t find my address, they blamed T and M !! I did get a partial refund. Corms that did arrive have not grown .
The final straw has been, geranium plugs that should have arrived in March / April finally arrived late last month looking more dead than alive !! I immediately sent a picture of them to T and M asking for a refund, still waiting to hear back from them . Suffice to say I will never use this company again !!! I am appalled that their phone lines are closed.

“Placed order 19th March arrived 3rd June??? all dead. Would not buy anything from this company. Worst I have ever dealt with. Customer service non exsistent. Another order I placed did arrive with dry, root bound minute sized plugs (at end of May when shouldve been planting out) suffice to say out of 24, 6 arrived failed and the rest didnt last thro the next day. My planting plans are ruined this year.”
