This company has been charging my card for 14.95 dollars every month for 8 months from an original purchase in May of 2023. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!

Haven't ordered anything from them in a long time. Was checking my bank account after Christmas shopping. Found a charge on my account of $15.85. Checked further and found charges back to 4-26-23 all for the same amount but have not received anything from them.

They lie! Their website says you will get 25% discount ( only good for the next 2 days- no pressure) Then they give you a price -( only good for the next 9.5 minutes - no pressure) Then at check out they do NOT give you the 25% discount as promised. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. GUESS HOW GOOD I FEEL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a reasonably priced sampler from Thompson Cigar in September, paid with PayPal (which was an option), and contacted customer service by email when I didn't receive my order a month later. They responded and said they'd start a claim process, as well as send me a replacement order for the one I didn't receive. All I had to do is verify my shipping address, which I did. Almost another month went by, and still nothing. I called customer service by phone, and the lady I talked to said that my order was actually canceled at the end of September due to an issue with PayPal. I checked my PayPal and it said that the transaction was pending until Thompson Cigar completes the order, so it was on their end. Her solution? Place the order again and pay over the phone. No. I thanked her for her time and we ended the conversation there. I waited two months for something that they were supposed to fix on their end, and then I had to go through the entire process again? I will not be doing any business with this company if this is the level of handling they devote to anyone, let alone first time buyers. One of the issues I was advised of during my first email contact was that there might have been a problem with the shipping address, which is BS because they sure managed somehow to deliver a catalog to me while I was waiting for my order. I'm going back to Cigars International for all my purchasing from now on.

So ordered online to get this package deal with cutter and case. Waited 1 months with sorry we are out and trying to get more... waited another month same thing. Now the 3rd month still nothing. I feel like they just took my information and practically stole it. Canceled the order and they didn't care. If you want cigars I would not recommend them.

The products have been okay. The grief i have is with gift of a magazine subscription during checkout. I have tried repeatedly to cancel two accidentally gift subscriptions with no success. I call end have emailed bperx countless times and I feel cheated by Thompson Cigar.

I had been with this company since 2009. I placed an order on 9/12/23. They cashed my check on 9/20/2023. Today is 9/29/2023, and they have yet to send my order. I called to see if they had shipped my cigars, and they had not. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Horrible customer service.

I placed an order for cigars and humidor pack, cigars came in a box just big enough for the cigars and no humidor pack. I have used the message board 2 times and emailed as well with no response to either one. Terrible customer service. I have bought alot from them over the years. This was my last order with them. Famous smoke would never do this.

Absolutely no one will answer the phone. I tried sales and customer service. I wanted to be a new customer but they apparently don’t need or want any new business. Their shipping rates are astronomical. Hours after leaving their site they sent me an email promising free shipping if I ordered today. And as you’d guess, they are NOT honoring it. I can’t get anyone on the phone or the chat line to help. I guess it’s better that they screw you over before you are a customer and lose money with them.

Always order from them. Placed an order and went to place another order the next day and there was a glitch with their site and wasn’t able to order so I emailed them stating i wanted to order two more bundles of Cigars. Did not get a call back. I called them and told them what I was trying to do and they told me they couldn’t honor the same price. I am no longer ordering from them. Terrible customer service.

So tired of getting email saving coupons that are shown in the cart costs breakdown but disappear when payment completion is required. Be careful to review orders before finalizing payment.

Let me preface by saying I have always received my orders in a timely fashion from them and I have been a customer for over two years now. That said, every time I order I get a flood of marketing emails in my inbox from different companies. Most recently I ended up with a subscription to Equire in my physical mail box. I’m done with them. You would think for a premium price they wouldn’t be selling your info

Every time I try to order off the catalogue I get never fails they don’t have what I want and try to sell me something I’m not interested if I love maduro or dark blends the last 3 or 4 times the sampler’s or the bundles or the 2 3 or4 bundles the one’s I want are never available and they try to push me to something I don’t want

since being bought by Scandinavian, either the warehouse is too small or the purchasing agent/warehouse manager aren't qualified. Twice my order wasn't back ordered but out of stock. With only 7% rating, its plain to see customer service is not their credo.

Cigars too tightly rolled can't draw,spoke to customer service.got a emal backtelling me to print a return label after I told them I have no printer, they answer. Back telling me to just print a return label for credit over 6 weeks no help. They can kiss my biz goodbye forever. Lousy. Dmv. Type service.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE OF A COMPANY. 24 DAYS LATER AND STILL HAVENT EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER. ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE ARE FAKE. AND CANT LEAVE YOUR OWN. THE TRACKING SITE IT GIVES A LINK TO DOESNT EXIST. 20 MINUTE ON HOLD TIMES. RANDOMLY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN THEY DO ANSWER. GO EAT A LEATHER BOOT INSTEAD. YOULL BE MORE PLEASED.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They put tons of pendings on my card and then told me there was a billing error (nothing has shipped) they actually hung up randomly and when I called right back the phones were off. Called back another day and got nowhere again..:whoever they have answering phones (same girl everytime) is terrible at her job.
