“At first place I have an issue with the password(but it’s on me), however after this was solved the website by default included additional charge of .30€ for a service which I didn’t opt, and since to unclick it I had to stop the payment process (which I did once to unclick - the website shifted me to the page earlier than the wanted one), I proceeded with the payment. The final feeling was not present though (I know it’s just a .30 cent, but still...) it makes the customer feel fool, because if the moment is missed and you decided to correct something, the website will through you back and forth.”

“I think that putting people on a queue is a smart thing so the website doesn’t collapse, taking in consideration the amount of people that buy the tickets .but also by the time is your turn there are tickets that are sold out , and you didn’t have the opportunity of buying them”
