“I understand there had to be a waiting list, but everytime I’d switch to paying monthly and the regular tickets it took so long to the point that certain tickets were sold out. If I knew that action would’ve cost me that much time and money I would’ve never done it.”

“I tried to book the tickets on my Laptop and the checkout page wasn't working. I tried to book the tickets on my Samsung tablet and it wasn't working. I ended up purchasing the tickets on my phone after wasting 20 minutes trying to purchase the tickets before the price went up for Afronation.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Just a note on our delivery fees. These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. This is why mobile, email, and e-tickets can sometimes have delivery fees attached to them. Kind regards, Ticket Arena
