I had tickets for a show that was cancelled and rescheduled twice due to covid and I could not make the third date. I was told that I would get a refund and I never did. Very unethical company.

Eva Ayllon for West Palm Beach (about 100 miles away), however, Ticketmaster confirmed the tickets for a location in New York which is 1,200 miles away. The ONLY possibility to get in touch with them was an email address I found. So within 10 minutes of ordering, I responded by email. The next day, I received an email back that said they take care of it. Then another day later, they said that they are Ticketmaster Australia. On 9/27/2021 I bought tickets for Eva Ayllon for West Palm Beach (about 100 miles away), however, Ticketmaster confirmed the tickets for a location in New York which is 1,200 miles away. The ONLY possibility to get in touch with them was an email address I found. So within 10 minutes of ordering, I responded by email. The next day, I received an email back that said they take care of it. Then another day later, they said that they are Ticketmaster Australia. In a chat with them, I asked them for help. They could not see an option for me to get in touch with them, so they responded that they will contact them and take care of it. When Ticketmaster USA drew more than $300 from my account, I contacted my Credit Card provider who said that they opened a case. Now, about 3 months later, the CC company denied the claim.

Requested a refund on 6/17 and inquired several times with nothing but a canned email response that they were working on it. Concert was held on 11/2. Was then told the refund would process the Monday following the concert. I am still out over $1038.XX and can't get an answer on timing. Just, someone is working on it. I am starting to feel I will never get this money back.

There policy is horrible if a band is pending you have to wait 60daus till you can get a refund!!! Horrible they rip people off take you policy stick it up your ass crooks

try and find a way to actually speak to someone...impossible these days do if you have a problem...you are stuffed. Not everyone is IT accustomed and some may be disabled you know?! I saw a Tea Cup Pomerarian online so I contacted the breeder, who was great. He sent the puppy to this happy tails travel. I paid him $200 for shipping. The experience every time is horrendous. They open the sale or presale at 9am, at precise 9am, there are no longer tickets or those available at over Β£500+ ("as per fans' demand, like the airlines" they state...is it a joke?! Not only they now have a monopoly, they have put the prices sky high to make up for the late sees in the last 18 months...shame on you! Ripping off people in such a way...and try and find a way to actually speak to someone...impossible these days do if you have a problem...you are stuffed. Not everyone is IT accustomed and some may be disabled you know?! One star is too much for such a company only interested in meeting Ney and zero customer service

This has been the worst experience ever. Long story short, technology made it very easy for me to accidentally purchase tickets to an event that I didn't want to attend. I clicked the button for insurance on the tickets before accidentally purchasing them. Long story short, I obviously panicked, thinking that it was no big deal and I would surely get my money back. Wrong! They are refusing to refund my money, and they want the insurance company to deal with it. When it clearly states in the policy that it only covers emergency events. I'm devastated because it's the holiday season and I unintentionally purchased 500 worth of tickets! I don't understand why they can't refund me and resell them; the games not until February. They won't even answer their phone. If you call, it says (all the time) that they are swamped with callers and to send an email. Then you get crappy responses like "contact the insurance company" or " we're sorry, no refunds" what a joke! I've never felt so helpless. I will never ever purchase anything from this company ever again. All they care about it money and not their customers. I've never been so upset. So thank you Ticketmaster, for ruining my holiday season for my children!

I purchased $400 worth of tickets on 06/05/21 for an event scheduled 04/16/22. It was not until after Ticketmaster collected the money for my MOBILE tickets, which do not require printing, mailing, etc., that I got a notice that my mobile tickets would not be available in my account for more than 10 months - just a few days prior to the actual event. This is clearly intended so that any resales basically have to go through their own reselling site, so that they get to collect yet more fees for tickets. I purchased tickets, and do not have them. I was not provided warning that I would not actually be given tickets for 10 months, and that if I wanted to resell them it would have to be through their own site, prior to purchase. I would not have purchased them, had I known. This is a mobile ticket, after all...there is no other reason they should not be made immediately available. Ticketmaster has a very, very, very long history of continual immoral, unscrupulous, and illegal business practices, screwing both the performer and the customer at every turn, which is why both performers and customers hate having to deal with them. And this is yet another in that long line of Ticketmaster frauds and scams.

Would gibe 0 stars if possible. Friend charged 4 tickets on his Amex. 2 were for him and his wife, 2 were for me and my wife. We were not able to attend since my wife contracted Covid. Contacted them a number of tines through their site--ignored after getting auto response that they would contact me. 2 days after event, finally contacted via e mail saying tickets not subject to refund since they were transferred from an outside vendor. NOT TRUE! Only their excuse to not give refund. Disgusting customer service, as well as lying to customers.

They emailed me two days before the venue to tell me that I wouldn't be allowed entry without a vaccine passport. Then they refused to refund me.

TICKETMASTER IS A RIP OFF!!! Call the venue first. Bought tickets and supposedly were the last two tickets. After getting to the concert, found there were plenty of seats left. We were charged 3 time's the price, seat's were a row off from the map they showed (putting us to where our back's were to the stage) and then the Ticketmaster app kept closing on the day of the show. Was a pain in the butt to access our tickets. Talked to the people next to us just to find the similar situation. They paid four times the price for their tickets. We came to the conclusion that Ticketmaster makes you think that you purchased the last tickets so as to charge you a higher price. Making you believe that you were lucky to get them. Don't know how they get away with this but they obviously do. AVOID THEM IF POSSIBLE!!!

ordered through gametime, they was great but they go through ticket master to download NBA tickets on your phone for event, ticketmaster keeps saying I'm off line and wont answer the phone due to high calls,,,,,,cant call, cant go online, worried I wont see my game even though I have a receipt showing I paid for seats. Dont know how to change it to mail me my tickets instead.........I was so excited to suprise my son but now I'm worried I just wasted my time and a lot of money to see an NBA game we have been saving all year to see!!!!! Help, why is this so difficult and why does ticket master have so many issues? Just mail people their tickets when they are paid for, no need to jump through hoops.

They allow anyone to purchase the consistently contradict what is in writing. They allow people to buy and resale tickets at skyrocket prices, they have horrible customer service. They don’t know how to handle business and have no idea how to handle big concerts.

Bought tickets through Stubhub for Alan Jackson concert which is eventually scheduled for 10/8. Had to sell my tickets as we are from the UK and not allowed to enter US because of Covid. Unable to access US Ticketmaster, UK Ticketmaster did not want to know. Cannot understand how they could sell me the tickets and then not allow me to access my account. Its been very stressful trying to get it sorted - Absolute worst company I have dealt with. I would give it minus 5* if I could
