“I ordered a bow tie for my husband for an event at Christmas. The tie was a little slow in arriving so I contacted tie room. Nikolas was extremely helpful and offered to send a replacement by 24hr courier if the tie hadn't arrived the next day. Luckily the tie turned up the next day in time for the event. It is fab and I have a very happy husband. First class service!”

“Although not the cheapest product I had looked at the quality of the product was first class and although delivery did take 6 days this was within the 3 to 6 days quoted a time of order so no complaints. Bow tie and hankerchief combination worn at Christmas party on 23 December and received favourable comments”

“Pleasantly surprised with the personal attention and thoughtful service. I placed an order just after they closed before Christmas for a festive bow tie (for New Years Eve). About 8:30 on the 27th December I received an email apologising that my order was received after they had closed for Christmas and suggesting that, had I wanted it for Christmas Day they would refund the full amount and cancel the order - I replied I wanted it for new year if they could get it to me by then. They confirmed that could and that it had been dispatched within the hour. I got it next day Fantastic service.”

“Great service as usual, I bought a couple of belts this time and my postage was upgraded free of charge and my order was bery quickly received. I have ise tieroom many time and i have always had great service from them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone!”

“This is a beautiful, high quality, tie which came very quickly and was immaculately packed. It even included a sachet of cleaner to use should it get accidentally marked. The design is outstanding. Can we have more from this designer please?”
