“Excellent service. I ordered a tie which was too small for my 9 year old grandson. I rang and explained and a new tie was promptly put in the post with an envelope for me to return the unwanted one.”

“The delivery was extra fast... I was hoping to get in 8-10 days but it arrived in 4. +-1 day. The tie is very smooth and silky and looks really really great. I just hope it lives up to its durability as it did to everything else; the looks, delivery, price(especially) and doesn't tear easily.”

“My original purchase did not arrive and as it was part of a Christmas present they arranged next day DHL delivery with a replacement and a prepaid envelope for the original if it turns up. Totally 5 star service”

“The UK postal service maybe lost my parcel, so I write Niklas to inform of that, and they sent me another parcel with DHL express (24 hours service). The parcel was delivered just in time! The Tieroom team was very helpful and fast working on it!”
