“I made my order on 26th of March and I'm yet to receive it. I had ordered it in plenty of time to wear to a wedding last Friday but unfortunately it didn't arrive, and is yet to arrive! Customer service representative Anand was very helpful but I'm disappointed with the fact that the tie didn't arrive in time and I'm yet to receive it. If it doesn't arrive next week I will be seeking a full refund.”

?Hi Kilian! You've every right to be disappointed - we're very sorry you missed your event, we should have arranged for a re-send as soon as you got in touch. At this point I'm bound to think that your order has been completely missorted by the mail or something - even with a delay it shouldn't take this long. ??Damage is done, but we can still arrange for a re-send or if you prefer the refund solution. “Bought the bow tie for a friend's 65th ... realised, on order, that it was coming via airmail, so out of the country, and that it would take up to 6 days - panicked a bit, as we were going away for a few days - but it arrived on the 5th day, and we were able to deliver it to the recipient in time !!! So ... WELL pleased. A very good product at a very reasonable price. Would use Tieroom again ...”
