“I still have not received my order. Monday the 22th I got the 'your order has been sent' mail, but it still is not here, today is the 4th of june. However when I emailed you about it I got a verry caring and customer friendly reply within hours, so that was good. I hope my order will eventually arrive, but the tie i orderd did not make it to the occasion it was ment for.”
