“Although the goods were coming from Sweden the delivery was quick and efficient. Delivery was by the Royal Mail and I was kept up to date. I did receive a scam message regarding delivery but that isn’t the company’s fault. The goods were of good quality and as advertised.”

“I like the black tie that I have kept but I have returned the other two as I don`t think the colour reproduction on your site is accurate as they are too light. I also have misunderstood as I thought returns were free. I don`t know if you will charge £5 or £10 for the returns as they were both in the same envelope but I think both charges are unfair in the circumstances. Regards, Philip Grundy”

Glad to hear you liked the black tie! The cost of returns has to be taken somewhere. If not a return fee, it would be in higher product prices. We charge only the £5 no matter how many products you return.

Hi Daniel, You can also choose to pay your own postage instead of using our pre-paid return label when sending the return back to us and we will not charge you £5 for the return.
