Hi Tracey, sorry to hear the colour didn't match. Was it a dress it didn't match or your perception of the tie onscreen that didn't match the real life impression? Colour rendition, onscreen vs irl is tricky business, and although we work a lot with it, it's enough that someone has different lighting settings, different colour profile, colour saturation etc for the product to look differently on other screens than on ours. “Having bought the item for an event a week in advance one would expect the item to be delivered within the 3-6 working days as stated on the website. Sadly, this was not the case and in fact took 12 days for delivery and therefore was not able to be used for the intended event.”

Very sorry that you did not receive it in time for the event. 99% do get delivered on time but sometimes packages gets sorted wrong and then it can take a few days extra. Average delivery time is 4 days. Let us know next time you order and we will upgrade you for free to DHL 24 hour delivery as compensation. Kind regards
