Usually really happy with the products, but had to return the latest (and pay my own postage) as it was bought to match my partner's outfit, and the tie didn't match the picture closely enough.

Thanks for your feedback! We put a lot of effort into making sure the photos reflect reality. It is though an impossible task to have the images look the same on all different screens out there. With that said, we'll take an extra look at the products you purchased and see if there are any improvements we can make. The question of free returns is always an ongoing debate. Our experience is that it gets abused with customers being careless as to what they order, resulting in a lot of extra shipments and, in the end, higher product prices instead. Glad you were happy with previous purchase and I hope you'll give us a new shot in the future.

The quality of the product was very good but delivery not so much. Paid £12 for 2 working day express delivery and arrived on the 4th working day so didn’t arrive in time for wedding and had to buy a tie elsewhere.

Sorry you didn't get the tie in time for the wedding. As the order was placed on a Saturday, it was not shipped until Monday and then delivered in 2 working days. If you now have no use for the tie, you are of course free to return it for a refund.

The product was exactly what i was looking for and, the buying process was simple & was received quickly, but if I'm going to get stung for an unchangeable £19 shipping charge just for posting to Jersey, i really doubt there'll be repeat business. Shame.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked our products and the site. £19 is a lot for shipping, agreed, but DHL to Jersey is expensive (actually more than £19) and normal mail has proven too unreliable. Hope to find cheaper options soon.

We spend a lot of time on our product photos. It is though not always easy getting a photo that exactly matches real life. Different screens can also make the product look different from reality. But we will take an extra look at the products you were unhappy with and take new shots if needed. Thanks for the feedback! Any you products you wish not to keep can, of course, be returned for a full refund.

Sorry you had to wait. Usually packages arrive in 2-3 days but the Royal Mail must have messed up on this one.

Ordering was simple and straightforward. Communication was lacking though. The order was sent to a different address and no email confirming despatch or delivery was received. The information on the website under My Account also gave little clue as to what stage the order was in.

Hi! Glad you liked the product and the site. Sorry information about the order didn't reach you. I can see an email confirming the order was sent Dec 21 and an order confirming despatch on Dec 22. Possible it got filtered in your spam folder. The information available under My Account is not too informative, I agree, and we aim to improve this. Thanks for your input and for shopping with us!

Needed 2 matching ties and pocket squares for a family wedding. Lovely material but expensive. Unfortunately they only had 1 matching pocket square.

I received one order without problem. An order for my son has not been received. I have emailed twice and not even had an acknowledgement. Very disappointed indeed. A spoilt birthday present. I could not recommend Tierooms customer relations.

I still have not received my order. Monday the 22th I got the 'your order has been sent' mail, but it still is not here, today is the 4th of june. However when I emailed you about it I got a verry caring and customer friendly reply within hours, so that was good. I hope my order will eventually arrive, but the tie i orderd did not make it to the occasion it was ment for.
