The website is easy to use, and the delivery process efficient. I'm very pleased with the tie itself, a high-quality product. I can strongly recommend Tieroom.

I wouldn't have ordered if I had realised the company was not UK based. Partly as I like to support local companies but more importantly as it was a gift and I needed it delivered in a few days. It got held up in Sweden and took weeks to arrive. I was given a £5 compensation payment, but that wasn't really the point. Be honest and make it clear to UK customers you are not a UK company

Hi Miranda, I fully understand you are upset the package did not arrive in time. We are so sorry for this. Getting you the package on time is our responsibility, and we failed. For this specific order, the delay was due to the strikes at the Royal Mail, and your package was held up after it reached the UK. The strikes impacted all shipments within the UK, no matter whether they were shipped from abroad or not. Like many companies these days, we offer our products globally. The UK is our biggest market, and we ship thousands of orders to the UK each month. For UK orders, we pay UK VAT, we have a UK return address, we offer customer service in perfect English over email and phone, and, if it matters, two out of three founders are half English. The contact details on our site clearly state where the company is based if someone wants to know. Ensuring shipments arrive on time is something we put massive effort into. Like any e-commerce company, we have to rely on partners to ensure this, and, unfortunately, there are no companies with a perfect track record when it comes to delivering on time for every order. Things like strikes, accidents, pandemics, human error, etc are always a factor. Our track record of 99% of orders on time is, we believe, as good as it gets. Still, that one in a hundred package that gets delayed upsets us as much as the customer, and we are so sorry you ended up being one of these delayed packages. I hope you can understand. Nice tie, but unfortunately it was way too big. Although the length was adjustable, it did not allow for what I would regard as a standard collar size (16). I had to carry out some minor adjustments before I could use it.

The tie was brilliant quality and the customer service was excellent. The delivery was delayed so they sent a replacement next day delivery so that I could have the tie in time for my party. Brilliant company!

I love tieroom. They always have a great selection of ties and matching pocket squares at good prices. Bought some samples in their black Friday sale for my groomsmen and they even gave me the same discount when I'd decided and I ordered the ties I wanted later on. Great service and good quality.

Ordered a tie on the 26th November said it was shipped on the 28th for a wedding on the 9th of December still havnt received the tie its now 14th December.

Although the order was processed and handled efficiently the order was placed on the 27th of November and as of today the 14th of December I have still not received the goods. I understand that the items have been posted to me so can only assume that the delay is down to the postal strikes.
