“Without having to think about it I know where to go and buy ties,bow ties & pocket squares, the quality I've never had a problem with and they are just as nice online as they are in your hand.”

“Very good quality ties and bow ties. I have found that silk ties from other shops start to fray after a few wears, but not with the Tieroom products. Tieroom will be go to for new ties for my work!!”

“Delivery took a long time and came from Sweden which I wasn’t aware of. Also the tie was a lot lighter in colour than it appeared on the website so I had to send it back.”

“Good choice of Ties. Incorrect indication of size on the website, tie is very long, with limited adjustment. Shipping took a while as it comes from mainland Europe.”

The length and width of the tie is clearly displayed on each product page. 59" is considered standard length for a tie and fits most people. We do hope we one day can offer it in both shorter and longer lengths so that everyone can find one that fits.

We offer free delivery on everything. Wouldn't quite call that extortionate. The cost of express shipping, which I assume you are referring to, is indeed expensive and yet we are subsidising that cost and only having the customer pay a part of it. Your shipment was delayed, and we are so sorry for that. While almost all packages arrive within the estimated time frame, we have to rely on third parties for the package to make it to your door, and they are only human and sometimes fail. Still, the responsibility is on us, and we refunded your shipping cost right away. Sorry our swatches didn't live up to your expectations. They are usually very appreciated. We would love to hear more about what you didn't like with them.

“I was on the hunt for a tie with butterflies on it for our son’s funeral. It was a last minute buy and I wasn’t sure if we would get it in time, so I emailed Tieroom to ask. I got a response within minutes saying they would ensure we got the tie the very next day. Amazingly kind customer service and the tie was great when it arrived. Thank you so much.”
