“Having bought the item for an event a week in advance one would expect the item to be delivered within the 3-6 working days as stated on the website. Sadly, this was not the case and in fact took 12 days for delivery and therefore was not able to be used for the intended event.”

Very sorry that you did not receive it in time for the event. 99% do get delivered on time but sometimes packages gets sorted wrong and then it can take a few days extra. Average delivery time is 4 days. Let us know next time you order and we will upgrade you for free to DHL 24 hour delivery as compensation. Kind regards

“The selection of ties and pocket squares was excellent and allowed me to find exactly what i wanted. This was supported by an efficient pack and delivery service. My order arrived bang on time as explained on the website. The quality of the tie is exceptional. An all round terrific service that I would recommend without reservation.”
