“Customer service for the Cetus2 3D has been great! However I can not recommend the printer to others until there is a solid proof of effort from TT to address the firmware and UpStudio which has not had any meaningful updates from launch.”

“Response times were slow and inconsistent. But, it is correct that the ribbon cable to my extruder was damaged and needed to be replaced. I appreciate the guidance and it did help me resolve a troubling problem.”
