“Unfortunately, it takes a long time to get an answer. My printer has not been working for months now and I'm a little disappointed that it takes so long. Apart from that, I do not know if the problem is solved with the spare parts. It would probably have gone much faster if I had sent the device to them and they would have supplied me with replacement.”

“The printers great is nothing wrong with the printer I didn't have a failure with the printer the only problem was is there's not enough features when it comes to adding shapes all that in the pre installed software”

“Always came through with parts whenever my 3D printer broke. It wasn’t always the easiest, and I do wish buying new printer beds was easier. But overall have come to know tiertine as a reliable company”
