“We ordered 1 tie from you as a colour match for our wedding, we did not receive the tie straight away as the postage was not paid and we had to pay Royal Mail £2.50 to get the tie from them, eventually when we got the tie it was perfect, we ordered another 5 ties which were delivered promptly.”

My only criticism would be - please offer free return on your ties. If I had to keep ordering different coloured ties to get the correct one, I would have spent a fortune on returning ties. :)”

“The ties are nice and the website has a lot of choices. The only negative point was that we ordered two sets of ties in two different pink and they all arrived looking exactly the same but the labels said two were in baby pink and two were blush pink but they clearly weren’t.”
“Have had a couple of Ties recently. Delivery is prompt and there is a huge range but at the cheaper end (less than £10) the ties are not particularly good quality. Ok for a one of use for an occasion but next time will probably step up the price range if I need a quality tie.”
